Price and Availability
The most expensive of these two graphics cards is the Radeon RX 6750 XT which was recently launched in May 2022 with an MSRP of $549. But due to chip shortages, you can get it at a higher price from some retailers. On the other hand, the Nvidia RTX 3070 was launched in September 2020 with a price tag of $499.
So between these two PC graphics cards, the Nvidia RTX 3070’s MSRP looks affordable but in retail stores, it is more expensive. The Nvidia RTX 3070 has been available for a long time now, while the Radeon RX 6750 XT availability started on May 10th, 2022.

After carrying out a series of performance tests between the AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT vs Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 graphics cards, we can conclude that both are neck to neck. Kicking things off with the “Control” game at 4k resolution, the Nvidia RTX 3070 is about 20% faster than the Radeon RX 6750 XT. However, performance in the “Death Stranding” game at 4k resolution favored the AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT.
Both mid-range graphics cards are built to excel more in games at 1440p resolution. It is there both continue to trade blows in various games. The RX 6750 XT most times leads because of the VRAM advantage. Then if you’re a fan of ray tracing, the Nvidia RTX 3070 would be the better option.
