AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT launch date is imminent, to have 18 Gbps memory

AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT launch date is expected to happen sometime in mid-april. This latest update is coming from coreteks who tweeted this some moment ago. Of which according to his tweet, not all Navi 21 cards are getting a refresh. He did confirmed the RX 6950 XT graphics card to be real but frowned at the idea of RX 6850 XT.

With competitions from Nvidia RTX 30 series and intel Arc’s GPUs, AMD is set to refresh some of its cards to tighten its loosen belt- just in case. The Radeon RX 6950 XT is majorly to offer upgraded memory speed to 18 Gbps which is about 12.5% specs increase.

Moreso, according to YouTuber Moore’s Law is Dead, the Radeon RX 6950 XT will be manufactured on a 7nm node just like its siblings. Well, since AMD is not expected to launch the refresh graphics card yet until mid-April, it means we’ll still have more time for further updates.
