Confirming the new report, a tipster familiar with the update claims that the wireless chips made by Apple will launch with Apple iPhones in 2025 – i.e. the iPhone 16. The tipster also said that Apple might combine its cellular chip with the wireless chip. This would allow Apple to save on production costs, improve power efficiency, and take up less space.
