At the moment you can get the Apple Watch SE for $199. Since the arrival of its successor- Watch SE 2 (2022) which is priced at $249, the price of the predecessor has gotten discounted. Thus, for someone on a tight budget, the Apple Watch SE is cheaper.

Performance

The Apple Watch SE 2 has a better performance than the Apple Watch SE. The former is powered by Apple’s latest wearable chip- Apple S8. Which is paired with 1GB RAM and 32GB storage. This new chip- Apple S8 is better and more power efficient than the Apple S5 chipset on the Apple Watch SE.
