Apple Watch Ultra 2 Specs
The Apple Watch Ultra 2 has a 49mm casing and a 1.92-inch LTPO OLED display with a max brightness of 3,000 nits. It’s available in more Colors too: Alpine Loop (blue, indigo, olive), Trail Loop (orange/beige, green/gray, blue/black), and Ocean Band (blue, orange).
Apple Watch Ultra 2 is powered by an Apple S9 SiP chip. This new chip boats 60% more transistors than the outgoing S8 chip. Also, it brings a 30% faster GPU and a new 4-core NPU. The new S9 chip allows Double Tap to play/pause music, snooze alarms, scroll through widgets, pick up or hang up calls, etc.
Apple Watch Ultra 2 battery life is rated at 36 hours. While in low-power mode it is rated 72 hours. The Watch 2 Ultra gets a Modular Ultra watch face and night mode can now be activated automatically by using the ambient light sensor.
Apple Watch Ultra 2 boots WatchOS 10 out of the box. More so, you can now connect with cycling peripherals like power meter pedals through Bluetooth for accurate results.
