The Asus Zenfone 9 Specs is detailed in a new promotional video. The short promo clip reveals the design and key features of what is coming. Last year’s Zenfone 8 was the only major compact flagship in the Android space, and the successor is set to continue the same.
Based on the video advertised by Asus, the Zenfone 9 will feature a 5.9-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate support. The smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.
Camera-wise, around the back, the Asus Zenfone 9 brings a dual-ring camera system that houses the sensors. A 50MP Sony IMX766 camera sensor with a gimbal module for video stabilization, alongside a second camera presumed to be for an ultrawide. While upfront is a punch-hole cutout in the left corner for selfie lovers.
The performance of the Asus Zenfone 9 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 5G chipset. Which is better than its predecessor in speed and battery management. Other features include a 3.5mm jack, stereo speakers, and IP68 water and dust resistance.
To keep the compact phone running, Asus tucked in a 4,300 mAh battery capacity. For now those are the Asus Zenfone 9 specs at hand. The price and date of availability will be detailed in our subsequent post. So stay tuned.
