The good news is, there are some differences between these phones. And the bad news is, there are only just about four.

Let’s start this comparison with a quick reminder of the similarities. Then we complete it with the four differences.

Both phones come with same network connectivity. There is 2G, 3G and 4G LTE available for both phones. No 5G network and its not really needed considering that most regions where these phones are sold are without 5G network.

Camon 16 Premier vs Infinix Zero 8: Build, Design and Display

Again, no difference here. Same IPS LCD display type, same 6.9-inch display size, 90Hz refresh rate, same build materials (front glass, plastic back and plastic frame). Then there is the big top notch to the left that houses the dual selfie camera.

Camon 16 Premier vs Infinix Zero 8: Operating System and Chipset

Here you get same Android 10 OS, same MediaTek Helio G90T chipset to power the phones. Same CPU cores and same GPU for gaming and graphics. You get same performance and Android 10 experience here. So, there is no difference here.

You get 8GB RAM and 128GB Internal Storage with option for external storage via microSD card (for both phones).

Infinix Zero and Tecno Camon phones are camera phones. Little wonder they also share exact same feature when it comes to camera lens and features. 64MP quad rear camera and 48MP dual selfie camera. Features like slow mo video, gyro-EIS are all available.

Both phones come with a non-removable 4500mAh battery with 33W fast charge and USB type-c port.

At this point you might feel that both phones are basically same. Hmmmmmm well not really there are quite some few notable differences.

As stated earlier, there are some few changes and below are the things that makes the Infinix Zero 8 different from the Tecno Camon 16 Premier

1. Rear Camera Module: When you pick up both phones, you’ll notice that the rear camera module of the Zero 8 is diamond in shape. But that of the Tecno Camon 16 Premier is more of a rectangle.

2. Different Skin Software: The Infinix Zero 8 uses Dolphin XOS 6 along with the Android 10. Camon 16 premier uses the HiOS 7 along with the Android 10. This means user experience, icons and apps will be arrange differently in both phones.

3. Price: Both phones might be having same chipset and camera but the price is definitely not same

4. Brand: In case you still don’t get it, one phone is manufactured by Infinix, while the other is manufactured by Tecno. This should have been the first difference or what do you think (LOL).

So, if you already have either of these phones, its okay you are not missing out. But if you are thinking about buying, then you should decide base on which interface you like the most. If you like Tecno interfaces more, then buy the Camon 16 premier else buy the Infinix Zero 8.

These phones offer practically same value. And its no so surprising given the fact that both companies are under the Transsion Holdings.
