These two Motorola phones look similar in many ways but they’re definitely not same. Let’s focus on the similarity of both phones first.

Both the smartphones make use of same Snapdragon 732G chipset from Qualcomm. Which means, they make use of same CPU clocked at same speed along with same GPU. They also spot similar design, uses same build materials and rear camera set up.
The display size of both phones is 6.7 inches, both uses IPS LCD panel. FullHD+, has 120Hz refresh rate with HDR10. Battery wise, both phones has 6,000mAh, uses same 16MP selfie camera, has rear mounted fingerprint.

It might seem that so far only the name is the difference between the two Motorola smartphones. Actually NO.
At the back, the main camera of the Moto G60 is 108MP while that of the G40 Fusion is 64MP. Also, it seems the Moto G60 will cruise 6GB of RAM which is bigger and better than the 4GB of RAM of its sibling.
To conclude, both phones will also run Android 11 out of the box but the prices of both phones will be different. So, even if the build, display and chipset refuse to tell the difference between the Moto G60 and G40 Fusion, the price of both phones sure will.
