Samsung Exynos 2500 specs leaked just a few days after the tech company gave an in-depth explanation of the Exynos 2400 at the Galaxy S24 series launch event.
The Exynos 2500 is a 5G chipset that will power the Samsung Galaxy S25 series next year. The processor could retain the 10-core configuration of the Exynos 2400 chip.

According to a recent update, the Exynos 2500 will use ARM’s upcoming CPU cores and will be fabricated on Samsung’s second-generation 3nm process (3nm GAP/SF3).
The Exynos 2500 chip will have 1x Cortex-5 core clocked at 3.2 GHz or more, 3x Cortex-A730 cores clocked at 2.3 GHz to 2.5 GHz, 2x additional Cortex-A730 cores, and 4x efficiency-focused Cortex-A520 cores.

As for the GPU, the Exynos 2500 is tipped to feature AMD’s RDNA-based Xclipse 950 and upgrade to the Xclipse 940 in the Exynos 2400. More details are coming soon.
