The Samsung Galaxy A51 is getting the Android 11 based on One UI 3.0 stable update ahead of the Galaxy A71. Although the former is more affordable, it appears Samsung decided to bring its Android 11 updates first.

This new firmware come with version A515FXXU4DUB1 and boost the Android security level of the Samsung Galaxy A51 till February 2021 (users can expect security update after the said date).

An improved UI, Android 11, One UI 3.0 features such as chat bubbles, Always-on display and dedicated media playback widgets customization are features that comes with this update.

Users of the Galaxy A51 in Russia are currently getting the One UI 3.0 update and it should be available in other region soon.

For those living in Russia, you’ll get the One UI 3.0 update on your Galaxy A51 anytime from now. You can also go to Settings > Software update to manually check for the update (that is if you can’t wait for the auto pop notification).

With the Galaxy A51 getting this update, it can be assume that the Galaxy A71 is not far behind. So, users of the Samsung Galaxy A71 should also get set to receive their updates soon.
