Google Pixel 5a 5G price in US is $449. Google announces the device with IP67 dust and water resistant. It is currently available for pre-order in the US and Japan from the Google Store. While shipping will commence on August 26.

The Pixel 5a 5G has 6.34-inch OLED touchscreen with FHD+ resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. The lack of high refresh rate is not so cool but again, that is Google for you.

One of the key selling point of the Google Pixel 5a is the large battery capacity. It packs 4,680 mAh battery size with 18W fast charge. When compared to last year’s Pixel 4a 5G, this new device has a tremendous improvement battery wise.

Camera wise, the Pixel 5a has dual lens on the back. And it retains the exact camera setup of the Pixel 4a last year. A 12MP f1.7 main and 16MP f2.2 ultra-wide cameras and on the front is an 8MP f2.0 camera.

Powering the Google Pixel 5a is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The same chipset that powered its predecessor (Pixel 4a 5G).

Frankly speaking, the Google Pixel 5a is mostly identical to the Pixel 4a 5G of last year. Perhaps the biggest difference between these two would be the battery sizes.
