Steps on How to Transfer iCloud Photos to Google Photos

Step 1: visit privacy.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID

Step 2: Select Request to transfer a copy of your data

Step 3: Sign in to your Google Account to begin the transfer

Note: the transfer process takes 3 to 7 days and once completed Apple would send you a notification email.
