The news about the incoming Apple iPhone 14 has been flooding the internet for a while now but today we got a new leak that shows what seems to be the actual size of the iPhone 14 phones. The dummy shared by Quick review lab on Weibo shows that the iPhone 14 will still have 4 iPhones but with a noticeable change.
Remember that the mini version of the iPhone features a 5.4-inch display but the dummy of the iPhone 14 shared on Weibo showed that the display of the iPhone 14 will start at 6.1-inches. This means there might be a change in name in the lineup.
In the iPhone 14 lineup, there will be an iPhone 14 that will feature a 6.1-inch display and at the rear come with 2 camera sensors. Then there is another 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro that will have 3 camera sensors. Then there is a bigger iPhone 14 Pro with a 6.7-inches display and a bigger iPhone 14 with a 6.7-inch display.
So, instead of having three different display sizes, the incoming iPhone 14 will feature just 2 display sizes. And this means you can either go as big as 6.7-inch or as small as 6.1-inch when making a purchase decision for the iPhone 14.
Right now, there is no official news regarding the camera sensors but rumor has it that the iPhone 13 Pro models will pack a 48MP sensor. But going by Apple’s tradition, we expect the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro to have the same camera sensors as the 6.7-inch iPhone 13 Pro.
And as for the naming, maybe, just maybe, the bigger iPhone 14 will be called the iPhone 13 Max, and the bigger iPhone 14 Pro will be called the iPhone 14 Pro Max. As per the chipset, rumor has it that only the iPhone 14 Pros’ will feature the incoming Apple A16 Bionic chip.
This is the latest information about the incoming iPhone 14 series. What do you think about Apple removing a 5.4-mini iPhone? Do you like this new lineup? Tell us what you think in the comment section below.
