iPhone 14 Pro’s spec to pack A16 Bionic chipset according to popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. In his recent tweet, it was revealed that only the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will upgrade to A16 Bionic chipset, while the non Pro models (A14 and A14 Max) will remain A15 chip.
The forthcoming 2022 flagship iPhones could also see other changes but this time on the display sizes. Kuo suggested that iPhone 14 and 14 Pro could come with 6.1-inch size, while iPhone 14 Pro Max and 14 Max could have bigger display of 6.7-inches. This marks a move away from mini iPhone (iPhone 13 mini is the last of its kind).

Another key difference mentioned by Ming-Chi Kuo, was the slight difference in the RAM. According to the analyst, all iPhone 14 series are expected to have 6GB RAM from the box, but only the Pro’s will feature the faster LPDDR5, while the other two will have LPDDR4X.
