Realme has scheduled January 4th for the launch of the Realme GT 2 series. While we’ve seen some leaks about the phones in the series, a new Geekbench listing has revealed the key specifications of the Realme GT 2.
With the launch of the smartphones in the GT 2 series few days away, Realme is teasing the devices to arouse interest of buyers and its fans. Now that the key specifications of the Realme GT 2 has surfaced on Geekbench, we now have more details to share about the device.
Few days ago, the Realme GT 2 appeared on the NBTC website with the model number RMX3311. While on Weibo, Realme’s President of Global Marketing and Vice President, Xu Qi Chase shared details about the Realme GT 2 Pro smartphone’s display.
He talked about the design of the upcoming phone, its resolution and refresh rate. The base model of the series has surfaced on Geekbench revealing its model number to be RMX3310. Aside from model number, the listing also revealed the key specifications of the device.
Realme GT 2 Key Specs Revealed On Geekbench
On Geekbench, Realme GT 2 scored 1125 and 3278 in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. The chipset inside is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G paired with 8GB and 12GB of RAM. As per software, the device boots Android 12 OS based on RealmeUI 3.1.
According to the Geekbench listing, Realme GT 2 will feature a 6.62-inch AMOLED display. Its storage size is 128GB and 256GB internal storage. At the rear, the device will feature a triple rear camera set up: a 50MP main camera, an 8MP camera, and a 2MP lens. Upfront, it houses a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calling.
Other features are: 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast charge, fingerprint scanner, NFC, USB type-C, etc. Realme will launch the Realme GT 2 series on January 4th 2022. The phones in the series is Realme GT 2 and GT 2 Pro.
