The long awaited HarmonyOS 2 was officially unveiled by Huawei on June 2, 2021. There has been so many reports about the new Huawei mobile phone operating system since its release. According to the company, the operating system already has over 40 mainstream brands and 300 partners in its ecosystem.

Truth is, the system is one to look out for in the future and it also gives manufacturers lots of options. Huawei reported earlier this year that there have millions of users and developers already using the Huawei App Gallery. Which means the new OS already had millions of users even before launch.

Huawei also says that this new system is for the IoT (Internet of Things) era and it combines multiple devices as one. It also announced its “First 100” device plan to roll out the HarmonyOS 2 update to its devices.

Huawei will also gradually push this update to smartphones, tablets, smart screens, and other smart terminal devices. By the first half of next year, its schedule shows that 100 devices must have gotten the HarmonyOS 2 update.

Going by the plan, Huawei is expecting at least 100 devices to receive the HarmonyOS 2 update by the first half of 2022. And to kick things off, the first set of devices to get the HarmonyOS 2 update started getting it from June 2, 2021.

But that is not all, Huawei devices that was release as far back as 2016 will also be getting this update. This is a clear indication that Huawei wants ALL its devices to run on HarmonyOS. So, we made a full list of the first 100 Huawei devices to get this new operating system from now to the first half of 2022.

This list contains the first 100 Huawei devices to get this update per quarter. It seems Honor devices will also be getting this update but from Q4 2021. Below is the complete list of first 100 devices to get the HarmonyOS 2.
