MediaTek Dimensity 6020 Specs: MediaTek has officially unveiled the full details of the Dimensity 6020 chipset. It’s a 5G Soc targeted to power the next generation of 5G entry-level smartphones. The first smartphone to use the Dimensity 6020 chipset is the iQOO Z7i. Below are the full specifications of the SoC.

MediaTek built the Dimensity 6020 chipset on 7nm process technology. The CPU has a 6+2 architecture which consists of 2x Cortex-A76 performance cores clocked at 2.2Ghz frequency alongside 6x Cortex-A55 efficiency cores running at 2.0GHz. The GPU is Arm’s Mali G57 MC2.

The Dimensity 6020 5G chipset supports FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a 64MP camera. Unfortunately, it can only support 2k video resolution. Additionally, there’s support for UFS 2.2 storage and LPDDR4X memory technology.

As for wireless connectivity, the chipset has a built-in 5G modem which supports only sub-6GHz networks. Other features include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC support.
