While smartphone companies are fighting to be making the best phones and best foldable phones, chipset makers are in a different battle. The chipsets that power these phones need to be better and the new Dimensity 9200+ might just be one of the best chipsets of 2023.

The Dimensity 9200+ chipset will be the refreshed version of the Dimensity 9200 chipset from MediaTek. The AnTuTu score of the Dimensity 9200+ chipset has surfaced online hinting at how powerful the chipset is and revealing some details.
According to the AnTuTu score, the Dimensity 9200+ scored a total of 1,368,597 points. This is a very high score and it matches the scores obtained from the likes of the Galaxy S23 Ultra and OPPO Find X6 Pro. But that’s not all as some of the details of the chipset were also seen on AnTuTu.

As per the details on AnTuTu, the Dimensity 9200+ will feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage technology. It’ll come with an octa-core CPU with one Cortex-X3, three Cortex-A715, and four Cortex-A510.
The CPU will be paired with the Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU. Its display will support more than 120Hz refresh rate and will have the latest MediaTek 5G MODEM.
The iQOO Neo 8 Pro will be among the first phones to feature this chipset. And it’s expected that the Dimensity 9200+ chipset and iQOO Neo 8 Pro phone will debut next month in China.
