The Motorola Edge Plus 2023 is the successor to the Motorola Edge Plus 2022. It’s a flagship phone and comes with very interesting features. The Motorola Edge+ 2023 is also known as the Motorola Edge 40 Pro in the UK and Europe and as Motorola Moto X40 in China.
The performance of the Motorola Edge+ 2023 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. In the US, the phone comes with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage (there are other storage options in China and Europe). The chipset has an octa-core processor paired with the powerful Adreno 740 GPU.

It has a 6.67-inch curved OLED display that supports 165Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision. It’s also water and dustproof and is made of Glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus), glass back (Gorilla Glass Victus), and aluminum frame. The Motorola Edge+ 2023 weighs about 203 g (7.16 oz) and supports Nano-SIM and eSIM.
It has a triple rear camera and a single front camera. It has a 50MP main camera that is supported by a 12MP telephoto camera and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. Available camera features include multi-directional PDAF, OIS, 2x optical zoom, Dual-LED flash, panorama, HDR, AF, etc. The back camera can record videos in 8K resolution while the front camera can record in 4K resolution.

Motorola Edge+ 2023 boots Android 13 out of the box and will get up to three years of software updates.
