The Motorola Edge Plus is the new flagship smartphone from Motorola. It is the highest of two phones in the Motorola Edge series released by the phone company. And as a flagship phone it comes with most of the features present in modern flagship phones.

Specifications of the Motorola Edge Plus
Build and Display
The phone comes with Glass front (Gorilla Glass 5), aluminum frame. Its screen size is 6.7 OLED display type with a small punch hole display at the top left. It also has a very small bezer and comes with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~385 ppi density) with a Corning Gorilla Glass protector.
There is 90Hz refresh rate with HDR10+ feature and it is splash resistance. While it might not have come with the new 120Hz refresh rate, 90Hz refresh rate is still pretty good. It also spot a very beautiful design with small bezers.

Chipset, RAM and Internal Storage
Motorola decided to power this new smartphone with the recent Qualcomm SOC. The phone uses the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 (7 nm+) which is very popular for its many powers. It also uses the Octa-core (1×2.84 GHz Kryo 585 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 585 & 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 585) CPU and Adreno 650 GPU for image and games processing.
So far, the phone comes in a single variant of 12GB RAM and 256GB Internal Storage. There is no space for external storage via microSD card which means you have make use of the Internal Storage.
Camera
At the back, the phone comes with a 108 megapixel main shooter, 8 megapixel telephoto with 3x optical zoom, 16 megapixel ultrawide and TOF 3D, (depth) Camera. The rear cameras are placed linearly at the back of the phone.
Upfront, the comes with a 25 megapixel selfie camera placed in a punch hole at the top left. Cameras at the rear is capable of shooting 6K/4K videos, has OIS, gyro-EIS, 3x optical zoom and other features enabled.

Software and Battery
The phone run out of the box Android 10 latest software. This phone is powered by a non removable 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charge and 15W wireless fast charge enabled. Motorola could have done more with the specifications of this new phone. But, we have to wait for official price and see if it will be well priced or overly priced for its features.
The expected price of the Motorola Edge Plus is About $1300, N480,000 Naira. This phone will be available for purchase soon and in countries where it is not sold you can order from the United States or United Kingdom using Amazon or eBay market place.
