Display
If you want a bigger display for gaming and Netflixing, the Motorola Edge X30 got that. It has a bigger display of 6.7-inch FHD+ super AMOLED with 144 Hz refresh rate support. Swiping through the UI is very smooth because of the 144Hz refresh rate that is available.
However, it’s protection is half baked sort of. It is protected by corning gorilla glass 5 but lacks official water resistant rating. Which means it can easily be damage by water and dust penetration.
While Google Pixel 6 has a smaller screen. A 6.4-inch FHD+ OLED with 90Hz refresh rate enabled. When it comes to durability, the Google Pixel 6 is well protected. It has flagship protective features such as: Gorilla glass victus and IP68 water and dust resistant.
In overall, the Motorola Edge X30 display is smoother with the 144Hz refresh rate, but when it comes to durability, the Google Pixel 6 has it.
Camera
The Motorola Edge X30 has a triple rear camera setup. A 50MP OIS main camera, alongside a 50MP lens for an ultrawide and 2MP depth sensor. Upfront it has a 60MP for selfie camera. Both the front and back cameras can shoot video in 4k resolution.
When compare to the Google Pixel 6’s camera, there is a slight difference. Pixel 6 has dual rear camera system. A 50 MP OIS primary camera and 12 MP ultrawide, with an 8MP front facing camera. But only the rear camera can shoot video in 4k resolution.
Overall, the rear camera of the Google Pixel 6 is better because of its well tailored software effectiveness. However, that can’t be said of the selfie camera. Instead the Edge X30 has a better selfie game.
