Motorola set to announce a new tablet called Moto Tab G70

Motorola is gearing up to announce the release of its new tablet called the Moto Tab G70. This tablet will be in the mid-range segment and details of this new Motorola tab has surfaced in the Google Play Console database.

From the details that appeared in the Google Play Console database, the chip inside tis tab has the model number MT8183A. This chip is a model of the Kompanio 500 (MT8183), which is a chip designed specifically for tablets.

It features 8 computing cores “Arm Cortex-A73 and Arm Cortex-A53 with a clock speed of up to 2.0 GHz”. The GPU inside is the Arm Mali-G72 MP3 for graphics rendering and gaming. The Moto Tab G70 is also coming with support for Wi-Fi 5 (802.11a / b / g / n / ac) wireless communication, FM radio and GPS.

The device features a 2K display with display resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. The density of the display panel is 240 DPI. This means, the display size can be up to 9.7-inches diagonally.

From the details that surfaced online, the Moto Tab G70 runs Android 11 out of the box and it has 4GB of RAM. Internal storage options might be 64GB or 128GB.

There is no update regarding the price of the device yet but it might be around the $350 zone. With the device now appearing in the Google Play Console database, it’s a matter of time before it’s announced by the Motorola.
