    1. Did you read the terms and conditions? Did you follow the terms and conditions? If yes then call MTN customer care agent 180 and lay your complaints. They’ll resolve it quickly with ease.

  1. when i attemped to migrate i notice a charge of 15 naira daily. Does that mean that i will be charge 15 naira daily.

  4. It is actually ridiculous that MTN will just be cheating this customers. The so called bizconnect plan is cheating on customers. Instead of the 12/sec.mtn will just deduct up to 24 and above/sec. And no 400 Data at ll. Too bad. Am quitting the plan anyway

  6. The only truth here is the weekly 400mb data… which has come ones…aside that the rest are all lies…in this plan you can’t make call freely at even 30 naira…

      You can dial *406# and migrate to the MTN Pulse plan. This should automatically deactivate the Bizconnect and move you to the MTN Pulse Plan. I hope this helps
