Nokia is set to announce a 5G device that is said to be the company’s most affordable 5G smartphone. This device is called the Nokia G50 5G and its design, colors and key specifications just popped up in a promo video.
In an official promo video shared on Nokia Mobile France Instagram page, the Nokia G50 5G was spotted. Although the post has been removed, but the guys over at NokiaMob got the video and shared some screenshots of the original Instagram post.

Translation of the text from the Instagram post showed that in addition to the 5G connectivity, the G50 5G will bring incredible battery life. As per the camera, the device will feature a 48MP main camera.
The colors of the Nokia G50 5G spotted from the promo video are Blue and Midnight Sun. Upfront it has a waterdrop notch design and at the rear side it has a round-shaped camera module three cameras and a LED flash inside it.

According to previous rumors, the Nokia G50 5G will rock Snapdragon 480 5G chip under the helm. The storage variants might be 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage. It will run Android 11 out of the box and rumor also has it there will be a Forest Black color model.
From the images release so far, there is no fingerprint scanner at the rear or in-display. Which means, it does not support fingerprint or its side mounted. This also suggests that the Nokia G50 5G is coming with an IPS LCD display and not AMOLED panel.

Teasing the Nokia G50 5G means the launch of the device is close by. Nokia Mobile might debut the device on September 28 which is same date scheduled for the premier of the forthcoming James Bond movie “No Time to Die”.
As per the price of the device, no official news is released yet but it will be priced around $400. As you might already know, Nokia devices are kinda expensive even when the company says it’s affordable.
