Nubia is set to launch its new gaming smartphone, the Red Magic 6s Pro. The specifications of the gaming phone has surfaced on TENAA. And it will be coming with the new Snapdragon 888+ chipset from Qualcomm amongst other specs.

Just like predecessor, the build materials of the Nubia Red Magic 6s pro will be Glass front, glass back, and aluminum frame. It’ll also be coming with a cooling fan inside and have similar gaming aesthetic on the back panel as the previously released Nubia Red Magic 6 Pro.

Red Magic 6s pro will spot a 6.8-inch OLED display with 165Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. Its CPU is clocked at 2.99 GHz and its GPU is the improved Adreno 660.

The RAM options as spotted on TENAA is 8/12/18 GB; there is no 18GB of RAM option spotted. This is quite different from what you’ll get with the new Asus Rog Phone 5s Pro gaming smartphone.

This device is not a camera phone but it’s coming with a 64MP main shooter. Then there is an 8MP selfie camera upfront. We don’t expect much from the cameras of this phone but it should be able to shoot 4k videos and record steady videos.

The photo quality is expected to be just okay and nothing great. Nubia is expect to launch the Red Magic 6s Pro on September 6. Then we’ll know more about this gaming smartphone including its pricing and availability.
