4K Gaming Performance
These are the lists of 9 games tested in the studio: Borderland 3, A Plague Tale, Far Cry 6, Flight Simulator, Forza Horizon, Red Dead Redemption 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, Warhammer 3, and Watch Dog Legions.
Now, in a nine games average per second comparison (at 4K Ultra settings), the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT was 10% faster than the Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti GPU. Out of the nine games tested, the RX 7900 XT won 7 games and lost only in two games which are Borderland 3 and Forza Horizon.

However, when Ray tracing was enabled, the Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti demolished the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT by 24% on average. This shows Nvidia’s new generation of graphics cards continues to be the best in Ray tracing performance.
1440p Gaming Performance
1440p gaming ended in the favor of the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT. The RX 7900 XT was 6% faster than the Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti without Ray tracing enabled. But when Ray tracing was turned on, the Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti was 21% faster than the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT. Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti has a launch price of $799 but the custom cards that are available in the market are more expensive than that. On the other hand, AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT with a launch of $899 is currently dropping in price gradually. In Europe, the RX 7900 XT has dropped the price by 5%.
