Nvidia RTX 4080 Specs: The Nvidia RTX 4080 series are here and it was announced alongside the flagship RTX 4090 desktop GPU. They are the first SKUs from the next generation of graphics series codenamed “Ada”. The RTX 4080 series come with different memory and GPU specs. Below are the full details.
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 16GB model features AD103-300 GPU with 9728 CUDA cores, 16GB of GDDR6X memory clocked at 22.5 Gbps, and a TDP of 320W. According to the manufacturer, the 16GB memory model is set to launch in November for at least $1199.

While there’s also a 12GB memory model. The Nvidia RTX 4080 12GB model has AD104 GPU with 7680 CUDA cores, 12GB of GDDR6X memory clocked at 21 Gbps, and a TDP of 285W. According to Nvidia, the 12GB memory model is set to launch in November for at least $899.
