OxygenOS 13 Top 5 Features: At the launch event of the OnePlus 10T yesterday, the Chinese tech company announced the OxygenOS skin that will bring Android 13 software to OnePlus smartphones later in the year. However, in this post, we’ll highlight our top 5 features of the OxygenOS 13. Each of these features is unique and comes with a new design language.

OxygenOS 13 Top 5 Features
- The Aquamorphic Design: The new OnePlus’ OxygenOS 13 skin design was inspired by nature- water. The User Interface brings icons with soft rounded edges and OnePlus promises “minimalist icons, animations, and a variety of forms and textures.” Additionally, the system’s colors will get darker as the day goes on.
- Sidebar Toolbox: The OxygenOS 13 skin will also be introducing the sidebar Toolbox. This feature will allow you to quickly draw from the edge of the screen your favorite applications. You can add applications to the side toolbox or remove them if you want. The goal is to help you quickly access your fav apps sharply by swiping out from the side where the bar is shown.
- Private Safe 2.0: With the OxygenOS 13 skin you’ll have nothing to worry about when it comes to security. The tech company introduced Private Safe 2.0 so you can secure your data, documents, and media files. When those files are stored in this virtual locker, other applications can never access them except only by your action.
- New Always-On Display: With the OxygenOS 13, OnePlus has integrated Spotify into the Always-On Display mode. This means you can easily interact with your playlist without exiting the Always-On Display Mode.
- Spatial Audio Support: OxygenOS 13 introduced Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos support. This will enable a smooth audio transition between Bluetooth headphones and earphones. The OxygenOS 13 based on Android 13 will also bring improvements to Nearby Share, and App Streaming.
OnePlus has not yet given a specific date when the OxygenOS 13 will be available for all eligible OnePlus devices. However, the tech company did say the OnePlus 10 Pro will get the beta “soon”.
