Foldable smartphones are getting lots of attention right now. Over the past few months, we’ve seen companies release awesome foldable phones. And just when the market is buzzing with foldable phones, OPPO is set to release two new foldable phones known for now as OPPO Find N Fold and OPPO Find N Flip.

As the name suggests, the Find N Fold will have the same folding style as the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Xiaomi Mix Fold 2. The Find N Flip will have the folding kind of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Moto Razr 2022, According to the new report, the soon-to-be-released OPPO foldable phones will feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

OPPO Find N Fold and Find N Flip

There are no official statements from OPPO regarding these two phones yet. In fact, the only available info about the Find N Fold and Flip is that it’ll feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The names are not official yet but were spotted in recent days on the database of the European office for intellectual property.

This is not the first time OPPO will be launching a foldable device. The company launched its first foldable phone known as the OPPO Find N back in 2021. The Find N was loved by many because it was seen as a compact foldable phone. It was not as tall as the foldable lineup from Samsung and Xiaomi.

OPPO also used a self-made hinge system that made the crease in the middle of the phone seem almost invisible. Although the Seiko quasi-tapered teardrop-shaped hinge developed by OPPO is expensive, it also makes the life of the smartphone becomes longer. The Find N foldable phone from OPPO is currently selling for $1299 making it the cheapest foldable phone right now.

Its compact nature coupled with the impressive hinge system and its impressive specs is the major reasons why the Find N was loved by many. We think the company will also go down that route because all the foldable phones on the market right now are very big. Maybe the incoming Find N Fold and Flip will bring compactness and this is something we look forward to.
