While on the other hand, Realme 8 Pro starting price is $254 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model.

By default, the Infinix Note 10 Pro has the highest native storage. Athough both devices support external memory option.

Camera

The Infinix Note 10 Pro has quad rear camera setup. 64 MP primary camera + 8 MP ultrawide lens + 2 MP depth senor and 2 MP monochrome. The front camera is 16MP.

Realme 8 Pro on the other hand, has 108 MP primary camera + 8MP ultrawide + 2MP depth + 2MP macro. The front camera is 16MP. However, aside from the high megapixel, the Realme 8 Pro main sensor has stability (gyro-EIS).

Display & Design

Infinix Note 10 Pro has a 6.95″ IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate and 1080p screen resolution. It’s a straight forward upgrade to the Infinix Note 8 of last year that only has 720p screen with no high refresh rate. And when it comes to design, the Infinix Note 10 Pro has the trendy dot-in display.

Realme 8 Pro has a smaller display of 6.4-inches with a FHD resolution. Also, it comes with a Super AMOLED panel. However, it is lacking on the latest trend of higher refresh rate.

So now, you’ll have to choose between 90Hz refresh rate on the Infinix Note 10 Pro or Super AMOLED on the Realme 8 Pro. The choice is yours make.

Chipset/Processor | Gaming | 5G

None of these two smartphones are 5G connected. They are strictly 4G network devices.

However, speaking of performance, the Infinix Note 10 Pro is powered by MediaTek helio G95 chipset. While Realme 8 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 720G chipset.

Both chipsets have octa-core processors with high levels of gaming processing unit. However, there is a slight difference that pushes the Snapdragon 720G to have an edge.

For example, the helio G95 chip is built on 12 nm process. It has two Cortex-A76 cores (2.05 GHz), six A55 (2.0 GHz) and a Mali-G76 MC4 GPU (900 MHz). To put it another way, it is 25% CPU faster and 120% GPU powerful than Helio G80 chipset.

On the other hand, the Snapdragon 720G chipset is built on 8 nm process which consumes less battery to perform. Also, the Adreno 618 GPU is more reliable for graphics rendering than the Mali GPU on MediaTek helio G95.

Thus, in overall, both chipsets can perform similar tasks. The only difference would be in the level of heat management and battery consumption. And that is exactly where the Realme 8 Pro’s Snapdragon 720G comes ahead.

Software

Both smartphones run Android 11 out of the box on top their own skin software. And it’s hard to tell if anyone of these two would upgrade to Android 12 anytime soon.
