The display of both smartphones are literally the same. They both have 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD touchscreen with 90Hz refresh rate support.

However, in the camera segment, the Realme 8s 5G is better. It brings 64MP main camera, supported by 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro cam to complete the trio setup. While upfront, there is a 16MP selfie camera.

Realme 8 5G on the other hand, features 48MP main camera, joined by a 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensor. Upfront, it maintains the 16MP selfie camera.

These two smartphones have 4/6 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage.

Both smartphones run Realme 2.0 skinned software based on Android 11 OS out of the box.
