Chipset, CPU and GPU

The chipset inside the Realme 9 Pro+ is the MediaTek Dimensity 920. This is a 5G chipset that is built on a 6nm fabrication process. It has an octa-core CPU and a powerful GPU.

The speed of the CPU is clocked at 2.5GHz and the Mali-G68 MC4 GPU inside can encode and playback 4K videos at 60FPS. The ISP inside the chip can support up to 108MP single camera sensor and it has support for Bluetooth 5.2.

Cameras

There is a total of four cameras inside the Realme 9 Pro+. A 50MP main camera with PDAF and an OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 16MP selfie camera.

The 50MP main rear camera can shoot video in 4K resolution. While the 16MP front camera can only shoot videos in 1080p resolution. Features such as LED flash, HDR, panorama, OIS, and gyro-EIS are available when using the cameras.

The display size of the Realme 9 Pro+ is 6.4-inches. It has a Super AMOLED panel, FHD+ resolution, and has support for a 90Hz refresh rate. Its peak brightness is 600 nit which is not very bright under sunlight.

Its build materials are Glass front, frosted glass back, and plastic frame. The front display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device also has a Heart rate monitor feature.

The front display is flat and it has a punch hole at the top left corner that houses the selfie camera. The volume buttons are located on the left-hand side while the power button is located on the right-hand side.
