Realme has launched the GT Neo 3 today in China as the successor to the Realme GT Neo 2 released last year. The newly released Realme GT Neo 3 comes in two models (separated by fast charging support) and features some really impressive specifications.
A model of the Realme GT Neo 3 has support for a 105W fast charge technology. This is the fastest charge support we’ve seen in a commercial smartphone and Realme claims that the phone can charge from 0 to 50% in about 5 minutes.
The smartphone features the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The version of the phone that has support for 150W fast charge is powered by a 4,500mAh battery while the other version is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and has support for an 80W fast charge. The Realme GT Neo 3 comes with a 6.7-inches display with FHD+ resolution, AMOLED panel, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 1000Hz touch sampling rate support. It features the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G chipset alongside the improved Mali G610 GPU.

On the software front, it boots Android 12 along with Realme UI out of the box and comes in three RAM and storage options. It comes with 6, 8, or 12GB of RAM, and storage options range from 128 to 512GB. There is also space for storage expansion via a microSD card slot.
The phone comes with a triple rear camera and a single front camera. It features the Sony IMX766 flagship sensor (the same camera sensor used inside the Realme 9 Pro+). At the rear, it has a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. Upfront it comes with a 16MP selfie camera. The phone can shoot videos in 4K resolution and comes with camera features such as portrait mode, night mode, Pro mode, etc.

A version of the phone is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with support for a 150W fast charge. The regular model is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for an 80W fast charge. Other features inside the device are, an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, X-axis linear motor, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res audio support, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Connectivity options include 5G, dual 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.
Realme GT Neo 3 price and availability
Realme GT Neo 3 price in China is set at CNY 1,999 (about $314) for the 6GB/128GB version, CNY 2,299 (about $360) for the 8GB/128GB model, and CNY 2,599 (about $408) for the 12GB/256GB variant. Note that these prices are of the version with 80W charging support.

The Realme GT Neo 3 150W version is priced at CNY 2,599 (about $408) for the 8GB/256GB variant and CNY 2,799 (about $440) for the 12GB/256GB model. The phone comes in Purple, Grey, and Silver color options. Realme GT Neo 3 is now available for pre-order starting today, with sales beginning from March 30th.
