Realme is getting set for the release of its Realme 9 series. The series comprises of three smartphones: the Realme 9, the Realme 9 Pro, and the Realme 9 Pro+. All models will come with 5G network connectivity but will feature different chipsets.

When it comes to design, the Realme 9 looks so much like the previously released Realme 8. It seems the company decided to go with a familiar look or the designer ran out of ideas for this one.

Realme 9 specs (rumored)

The display size of the Realme 9 is said to be 6.5-inches, AMOLED panel, and FHD+ resolution with support for 90Hz refresh rate. The chipset inside is the MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G paired with 6/8GB of RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage.

The device will boot Android 12 out of the box along with Realme UI skin software. It has stereo speakers and the power button placed at the side also doubles as the fingerprint scanner.

Realme 9 is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W charge. It comes with a triple rear camera set up: a 48MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. Upfront it’ll feature a 16MP selfie camera.

Realme 9 Pro specs (rumored)

The display size of the Realme 9 Pro is said to be 6.59-inches, AMOLED panel, and FHD+ resolution with 120Hz refresh rate support. It will rock the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chip paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The phone will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charge support and will boot Android 12 out of the box. It will comes with a 16MP selfie camera and a 64MP triple rear camera.

The starting price of the Realme 9 Pro is expected to be $230 and its color options are Sunrise Blue, Aurora Green and Midnight Black

Realme 9 Pro+ specs (rumored)

The price of the Realme 9 Pro+ could start at $280 and this will be the best phone in the Realme 9 series. It’ll come with a 6.43-inches display, AMOLED panel, and FHD+ resolution with support for 90Hz refresh rate.

The chipset inside will be the MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G paired with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage. Its battery capacity is said to be 4,500mAh with 65W fast charge support. It’ll boot Android 12 out of the box along with Realme UI skin software.

It will also have a more advance camera system. Upfront it will feature a 16M selfie camera while at the rear is said to have a 50MP main camera with support for optical image stabilization.
