Display

Samsung Galaxy A52s has a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate enabled. The front display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and features an IP67 dust and water resistant.

Realme GT Explorer Master has similar display quality (same screen size with 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution). Except it is not water resistant.

Camera

When it comes to camera, the Galaxy A52s on the rear has a quad camera setup. The primary camera is 64MP with OIS. Joined by a 12MP ultrawide lens and 5MP for macro and 5MP depth sensor. While upfront is a 32MP selfie camera.

On the other hand, Realme GT Explorer Master brings a triple rear camera setup. The main camera is 50MP with OIS, supported by a 16MP ultrawide lens and 2MP macro cam. Upfront has a 32MP selfie camera.

Overall, these two smartphones have great camera quality. Both have optical image stabilization and can record video in 4K resolution.

Performance | Storage | RAM | 5G

In terms of performance, Realme GT Master Explorer is superior. It is faster and more power efficient. Sitting at the helm is the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G chipset. Paired with 8GB or 12GB RAM + 128/256 GB storage. The Realme GT Master Explorer is one of the cheapest 12GB RAM phone to buy in the market.

Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G on the other hand, is powered by Snapdragon 778G chipset paired with 6/8GB RAM + 128/256 GB storage. The Snapdragon 778G chipset is good but the Realme GT Explorer Master’s chipset is faster and better.

Software

Software wise, both smartphones run Android 11 out of the box. And certain of receiving multiple OS update in the future.

Battery

Battery capacity of these two smartphones is 4,500 mAh capacity. However, while the Galaxy A52s supports 25W fast charge, the Realme GT Explorer Master on the other hand supports 65W fast charge.

While the Realme GT Explorer Master is priced $537 on AliExpress for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Realme GT Explorer Master is a better deal here.

Without talking too much, the Realme GT Explorer Master offers better value for money. It gives you flagship performance at a cheaper price.
