It has a 6.6-inch FHD TFT display with no higher refresh rate support. The device comes in three different colours: Green, Blue and Brown. Also, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric verification.

Powering the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G is an octa-core processor, paired with 6/8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. You can also expand the memory via a MicroSD slot for up to 1 TB more. The device also has support for a 3.5mm jack.

On the back of the Galaxy M33 are quad rear camera systems consisting of a 50MP main cam, alongside an 8MP megapixel ultrawide, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens. On the front is an 8 MP camera for selfies. The battery capacity is 6,000 mAh with 25W fast charge support. Additionally, the device runs One UI 4 based on Android 12 out of the box.
