The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE will likely feature a 6.1-inch AMOLED Full HD+ (1080p) display with support for 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision. The front screen will be flat and will have a punch hole on top of the screen. It’ll come with slim bezels and its build will be front glass, back glass, and aluminum frame.

Samsung did not use an Exynos chip in any of the Galaxy S23 phones which means Samsung could either use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 or use the Exynos 2200 for the Galaxy S23 FE. Regardless of the chipset, the phone will come with 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

As per the camera, the phone will come with a 50MP main camera that has OIS stabilization, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera. Upfront, it’s expected to come with a 32MP camera that can record videos in 4K resolution.

The Galaxy S23 FE will boot OneUI 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box and will get up to four years of software updates. The battery inside will be a 4,500mAh cell and will support 25W wired fast charging and 10W wireless charging. The phone will be water and dustproof (IP68 certified) and have an in-display fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C charging port, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 5.3, WiFi 6E, etc.

Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Expected Price and Launch

The price of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is expected to start at $699 for the 128GB model while the 256GB model might be sold for about $749. The expected launch of the Galaxy S23 FE is in Q3 of 2023. This means Samsung could launch the phone between August and September which is about the same time as the launch of the new Galaxy Foldable smartphones.
