Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 to come with Unisoc T618 chip and 3GB RAM

Samsung is set to bring the Galaxy Tab A8 and a recent Geekbench listing has revealed its chipset, RAM and storage. According to the listing, the Galaxy Tab A8 will rock the Unisoc Tiger T618 chip.

This chip has two Cortex-A75 cores running at 2.0 GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 cores ticking at 1.8 GHz. The CPU is accompanied with the Mali-G52 MP2 paired with 3GB of RAM.

The Wi-Fi only version has the model number SM-X200 while the LTE model has the model number SM-X205. These tablets will run Android 11 out of the box with One UI software.

Both the Wi-Fi and LTE models is expected to run same Unisoc Tiger T618 chip. For now, only 3GB RAM has surfaced but we also expect to see a 4GB RAM version with an option of 128GB of storage.
