The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ certification, and an on-screen fingerprint scanner for biometric verification. The tablet is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 5G chipset. Paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB – 1TB Storage options. Samsung has also improved the quad speakers by 25%. Audio quality is far better than its predecessor.
For optics, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra features 13MP main snapper + 8MP ultrawide, and upfront are 12MP + 12MP for video conferencing and selfie photos.
The device runs on Android 13 out of the box and it’s among the first that will upgrade to Android 14 by August. Battery capacity remains 11,200 mAh.
