But, now we have a good look at the inside of the device thanks to a teardown video done by PBKreviews.

The new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 teardown video confirmed a few things and also showed that the device is as good as advertised. The teardown confirmed that the device features a dual battery system. It has a 1,070mAh battery on the top half and a 2,630mAh battery on the bottom half.

Its rear primary camera sensor is also bigger than the one in the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3. It also comes with an additional 5G antenna and features a dual board system. One side of the primary board takes care of the battery clips, fingerprint scanner clips, etc. While the other side of the primary board is where the RAM, chipset, and SIM card tray are located.

According to the Galaxy Z Flip 4 teardown video, the 10MP front camera, vibrator motor, and earpiece speaker are all glued to the device. The wireless charging coil is placed on top of the battery at the bottom half and the bottom speaker has white balls that make it sounds louder.

The teardown video of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 also confirmed that the device is waterproof. Some of the key openings like the speaker hole, microphone holes, charging ports, and hinge areas all have rubber seals. This helps prevents water and dust from entering the device.
