The Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 has a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED touchscreen with 120Hz refresh rate. It brings S Pen support and water resistant. The cover display measures 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate. Compared to last gen, the Fold 3 is more lightweight.

While Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 on the other hand has a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED touchscreen with 120Hz support. But the cover display with 6.2-inch Super AMOLED doesn’t feature high refresh rate.

These two foldable devices have similar camera setup. 12MP OIS main snapper, 12MP periscope 2x telephoto lens and 12MP ultrawide lens. While upfront, both devices have 10MP selfie camera. Also the rear cameras on both phones can record video in 4K resolution.

There is a slight difference when it comes to their battery life. The Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 battery is 4,400 mAh capacity. While that of Galaxy Fold 2 is 4,500 mAh capacity.
