Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 price in UK starts at £1,599 (~$1,799) for the baseline variant of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The device is the first from Samsung with an under-display camera. It also support S Pen and brings an IPX8 rating for water resistance.

When the Galaxy Fold 3 is unfolded, it brings 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED touchscreen with adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. The brightness level can max up to 1200 nits. Which is very impressive. Also, the selfie camera is hidden under the panel. Although it is noticeable when you look for it.

The sensor of this Under Display Camera solution has just 4MP. Which is suitable only for video calls. While for selfie, it’s better you use the 10MP in the punch hole on the cover screen. or you take selfies with the main camera on the Fold3.

Now, speaking of the cover display – which you use when the device is fold up. It has 6.2″ diagonal and Gorilla Glass Victus protection with 120Hz refresh rate enabled.

There’s also a higher variant of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 with 12/512GB storage priced for £1,699 (~$1,899). The device is already on pre-order on Samsung.com.

Powering the Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 is the 5nm Snapdragon 888 5G chipset. Paired with 12GB of RAM and UFS 3.1 storage to ensure fast operation of the Android 11 skinned with One UI software from Samsung.

The main cam on the rear is 12MP sensor with OIS and is aided by an optically stabilized 12MP periscope module with 2x optical zoom. A 12MP ultrawide snapper completes the trio camera setup.

Sadly, battery capacity is slightly reduced to 4,400mAh (from 4,500mAh on the Z Fold 2), with 25W wired fast charge, 11W wireless and 4.5W reverse wireless charging capabilities.
