Samsung is rolling a new Android 12 update for its Galaxy S21 series. The company is among the first OEMs to roll out the new Android OS for its smartphones after Google released it back in August.

After the first Android 12 update for the Galaxy S21 lineup, there were series of bugs which Samsung tried to fix with an update. Now, the company is rolling out a new Android 12-based update to iron more issues in its flagship lineup.

This means that within a month, Samsung has now rolled out three different updates for the Galaxy S21 that is based on the Android 12 and OneUI 4 updates. These updates are crucial to keeping the performance of the devices stable as reports has it that same Android 12 update is causing lots of issues in the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3.

The latest update from the company has the firmware version G99xBXXS3BUL1. This particular firmware is currently rolling out in European countries and it appears to be the security patch for December.

Galaxy S21 update

So, for those still having minor issues or experiencing bugs with your Galaxy S21 series after installing the first two updates, this new update probably won’t fix them.

How to download and install Galaxy S21 firmware

If you want to download and install the latest update in your Galaxy S21, S21+, or S21 Ultra, follow the steps below. In your phone, go to Settings » Software update and see if the update is now available in your country.
