Home delivery has made buying Samsung products such as smartphones, tablets and wearables very easy. Now, Samsung also have the option for its users in Canada to request for someone from the company come to their doorstep and pick up damaged peripherals for repair.

There are lots of options users can explore with this new door-to-door repair program. One, users can request for technical assistance from experts. Two, more tech-savvy users out there have an option to request remote assistance via Samsung technicians, and save both parties time.

Three, users can schedule a repair for any Samsung Galaxy-branded product via Samsung’s official website, Live Chat or by calling 1-800-SAMSUNG. Once your device has been picked up, the company will provide real-time updates via email and text.

According to Samsung, you’ll get back your device at max in three days. Although the company will take care of repairs and shipping fees, you’ll still have to pay for any replacement parts that may have been used.

Before returning your device, Samsung will sanitize it using UV light. This practice is becoming more popular across the world, reason because traditional sanitizers do not play well with delicate electronics
