Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 specifications revealed by Samsung ahead of the CES 2022 that is holding in Las Vegas, USA from the 5th to the 7th of January. The Odyssey Neo G8 monitor is the first in the world with 4K 240Hz panel.

The Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 price and availability will be detailed at the upcoming event. The Odyssey Neo G8 has 32-inch size with 4k resolution (3,840 x 2,160). The design is curved with 1000R curvature which all add up to its flavour of being a gaming monitor.
According to Samsung Electronics, the Odyssey Neo G8 uses the ‘Quantum Mini LED’ which has been trimmed down to 1/40 compared to existing LEDs. The display of the Odyssey Neo G8 can achieve up to 2000 nits of max brightness in HDR content with 4096 step backlight adjustment. Thanks to Samsung’s Quantum Matrix and Quantum HDR 2000 technologies.

More so, the monitor has support for dual HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 1.4, and ‘CoreSync’ function that automatically recognizes the color of the screen and matches it to the back RGB lighting. More details are expected to be unveiled during CES 2022.
