Sony Xperia 1 III announcement is now official. The Sony Xperia 1 III price starts at $1,299 (€1,079). And it is now listed for pre-order on Sony Russia’s official store. The version listed on the website is the 12/256 GB variant in Black – there are no other options.

Also, Sony is throwing in a pair of WF-1000XM3 earphones for free for those buying the Xperia 1 III.

The Sony Xperia 1 III has 6.5-inches OLED 4K display with 120 Hz refresh rate (1644 x 3840 pixels and a 21:9 aspect ratio). Moreover, the device is also protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
