Tecno may be preparing to launch a new phone in its flagship series soon. The Tecno Phantom 11 could cost about $450, according to renowned leakster Maii_hd, who also provided some key specs for the device. He tweeted what to expect and also revealed that this could be pricey than its predecessor.
The Phantom 11 could feature a 6.67” super AMOLED touchscreen with 1,080 x 2,400 px resolution (20:9). It will have a support for 120Hz refresh rate.
On the back will be triple camera built around a new camera sensor, with newer algorithm that is different from the ones ever used in previous Tecno smartphones. There will also be an ultrawide lens and an unspecified third lens.
The Phantom 11 will run Android 12 on a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. According to the leakster, the Phantom 11 will be a 5G device with 12GB RAM and 256/512 GB storage. This will be expandable with microSD cards up to 1TB.
Additionally, the leakster claims that anytime from now, the next Tecno Camon series (possibly Camon 19 series) would be launching between April/May. The next Tecno Camon devices are expected to be release first before the flagship Phantom 11 later in mid-July or early August.
There’s no word from Tecno yet on when the Phantom 11 might launch, but it will probably happen before the ember months.
