The Tecno Phantom 10 will be the new addition to the Tecno Phantom category. It will be replacing the Tecno Phantom 9 released last year. You should know that the Phantom series is the highest phone produce by Tecno Mobile (Tecno Flagship phones).

Tecno Phantom 10: Build and Display
This new phone might just be the first Tecno Phone of 2020 to come with an Amoled display. Its might have a screen size of between 6.5 – 6.9 inch. There might also be some level of screen protection most likely a corning gorilla glass 5. We are expecting a front glass, plastic back and plastic frame in its build.
Early first photos of this phone is suggesting a pop up camera technology. But, you should not be too surprise if it comes with a tiny punch hole at the middle.
Well, its build materials are not the very best in the market but that is one of the way Tecno saves cost. The display features is pretty cool and the possible presence of a standard 60Hz refresh rate makes it even looks better.

Tecno Phantom 10: Chipset, RAM and Internal Storage
When it comes to choise of SOC, we are expecting to see a MediaTek chipset. Most like the MediaTek G70 gaming chipset. Well, it will be a big surprise if tecno uses a Snapdragon chipset to power the phone. Lets just say, Tecno loves MediaTek more than Qualcomm.
But, we don’t want you thinking that the MediaTek G70 chipset is some baby SOC for Midrange smartphones. Remember the Infinix Note 7 that performed better than the Samsung Galaxy A51 and A31? Yes that phone was uses the MediaTek G70 chip.

If Tecno also decide to use the MediaTek G90 or G90T, we won’t be too surprised. But, if they decide to use any of the MediaTek chipset that supports 5G connectivity we’ll be very surprised. So far, the phone is expected to come in a variant of, 6GB RAM and 128GB Internal Storage. There will also be a additional storage via microSD card.
Tecno Phantom 10: Camera
Things is going to be a little more interesting in the camera sector of this phone. Tecno is also using a more improved Taivos technology to enhance its camera quality.
This phone is expected to have a quad rear camera. A 64 MP main camera, 8 MP ultrawide, a 5 MP macro lens and 2 MP depth sensor. Again nothing is confirmed yet but we can tell you some of the expected features of these cameras.
We are expecting to see features like; OIS, gyro-EIS and HDR with LED flash. You should expect to take some stable images and also take good photos even at night.
Upfront, the phone might come with a 32 MP motorized pop up selfie or placed in a punch hole at the middle of the screen. Both designs look modern and premium.

Tecno Phantom 10: Software and Battery
The phone run out of the box Android 10 along with Samsung latest software the HiOS 6.0 which is really good. Phantom10 or PhantomX will likely be powered by a non removable 4500mAh battery with 18W fast charge feature enabled but no wireless charge enabled.
