Vivo Pad 3 Pro Specs
Vivo Pad 3 Pro features a 13-inch LCD touchscreen with a 3,096 x 2,064px resolution, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen can brighten up to 900 nits and supports HDR10 content. For security, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric identification.
The vivo Pad 3 Pro is powered by the Meditek Dimensity 9300 5G chipset, paired with 12/16 GB RAM and 256/512 GB storage versions, with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
For optics, the main snapper is 13MP and the front camera is 8MP. The tablet supports s-pen input via the vivo Pencil2 and you can also get a keyboard case that attaches via magnetic pogo pins. Audio is handled by an 8-speaker setup with support for spatial audio.

The battery size measures 11,500 mAh capacity with a 66W wired charging system. It features Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. Lastly, the vivo Pad 3 Pro boots OriginOS 4 based on Android 14 software out of the box.
Vivo also introduced an in-house BlueLM AI model. It’s a generative AI for image and text creation as well as Vivo’s office suite with support for remote access to Windows and Mac computers and the ability to use the tablet as an extended screen. There are continuity features allowing you to take calls and transfer files to and from compatible vivo phones.
