vivo is getting set to launch a new vivo phone that will come with a big 6,000mAh battery and the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 5G chipset. According to the rumors, this phone will be called the vivo T2X. According to DCS, the phone will have the same similarities as the iQOO Z5. Since iQOO is a sub-brand of vivo, the company usually uses the same design and materials for phones under the vivo and iQOO names.
vivo T2X Specifications (Rumor)
According to DSC, the new vivo phone is rumored to be launched on June 6 and will come with a 6.58-inch screen. It will come with an LCD panel and might feature a 120Hz refresh rate. Since it’s expected to feature a high refresh rate, the phone might come with an FHD+ resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels.
The front will come with a cut-out notch that will be home to a 16MP selfie camera. On the rear, it will have a dual-camera sensor. The rear cameras will be a 50MP primary lens with OIS and a 2MP depth sensor.
The new vivo phone has been nicknamed vivo T2X and will be powered by a 6,000mAh battery with support for a 44W fast charge. The phone will rock the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 5G chipset that s built on a 6nm manufacturing process. The chipset features 1 x ARM Cortex-A78 core clocked at up to 3 GHz, 3 x ARM Cortex-A78 cores clocked at up to 2.6 GHz, and 4 x ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 2 GHz. The device also has a Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.
In addition to the rumors above, the incoming vivo T2X is expected to feature a side-mounted fingerprint. It is expected to have support for Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Hotspot, 3.5mm headphone jack, etc. It will boot Android 12 out of the box and vivo will provide at least two years of major software updates.
The base model of the vivo T2X is expected to be 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There is no official price yet but the starting price might be $350 for the base model.
